A sewer smell from your bathroom sink usually comes from a dry P-trap biofilm buildup in the drain or a damaged vent pipe. Run water for 30 seconds to refill the P-trap water seal. Clean the drain with baking soda and vinegar. Check the overflow hole for bacterial growth and clean with a small brush and bleach solution.
